Photograph portrays existing conditions

This project involves providing geometric, operational and safety improvements that reduce vehicular conflicts and improve traffic flow at two intersections. Both intersections have been identified as having accident rates above the New York Statewide Average. The preliminary design tasks include: traffic analysis, survey, ROW, mapping, accident analysis, project visualization, and preparation of Design Report. Final Design tasks include: plans (including wetland mitigation), specifications, and cost estimating.
