This project is a typical example of Delta's Box Culvert Designs. The 3-sided box culvert was designed with PCANY V3.2 per AASHTO 17th Edition for HS-20. Design of the precast footings and wingwalls were perforemed, as well as the design for four post tensioning strands, based on PENNDOT requirements. This project was a 50 ft. long, 6' span, open bottom 3-sided box culvert.
