This project included the redevelopment of an existing commercial site within the City of Binghamton, NY for the construction of a Walgreen's Pharmacy and Retail Store. The project involved grading, site design, lighting, utilities, landscaping, and the preparation of a Traffic Impact Study and a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan and a Notice of Intent for coverage under the NYSDEC SPDES Stormwater Permit. Work included coordinating with project architect, City of Binghamton and the Developer to best utilize the existing 1.5 acre site and the preparation of specification and site plans for bidding.
