This project involved the design of two precast concrete bridges within a new residential community. The bridge at the main entrance is a 42 foot span precast concrete arch (BEBO) bridge. The spandrels for this bridge are precast concrete and the wingwalls are cast-in-place concrete. The bridge at the rear entrance is a 30 foot span precast concrete frame bridge with precast concrete wingwalls. The scope of services for both bridges included structural design, specialty threshold inspections, preparation of construction drawings, construction administration and bridge certification.
