This project involved the design and specifications for the removal of a portion of a one-story wing of an academic/office building. The project will include relocation, remounting and/or protection of existing utilities running through the crawl space, new facade and entry at the end of the building to remain and site restoration with parking and sidewalks. This full service contract included bid documents and construction administration. Cornish Van Hoesen A Wing is a one-story building currently used for academic and office space.

The scope of work for this project included developing a cost estimate, site assessment, coordination with the campus, as well as the preparation of contract documents. The asbestos design scope included a pre-demolition survey, lead paint survey and HAZMAT inventory along with incorporating the necessary material abatement specification
