This project involved the design and construction administration for the removal of a portion of a one-story wing of an academic/office building. The project included the relocation, remounting and/or protection of existing utilities running through the crawl space, a new facade and entry at the end of the building to remain and site restoration with parking and sidewalks. This full service contract included bid documents and construction administration. Cornish Van Hoesen A Wing is a one-story building currently used for academic and office space.
