This project involved a comprehensive traffic and parking study on campus-owned and City of Cortland streets that are located on and serve the SUNY Cortland campus. This project included a Level of Service (LOS) analysis for intersections and parking lot capacity studies. Traffic data was collected from twelve intersections thoroughout the campus, along with 8 parking lots.

They study considered existing traffic volumes, and the anticipated traffic volumes for the year 2017. Delta compiled a full report, documenting the existing conditions, the growth factor, and suggested changes for the future.
