Rick serves as the Vice President of Delta Engineers, Architects, & Land Surveyors, P.C. As Vice President, Rick oversees the building facilities operations. Rick received his Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from the State University of New York at Binghamton. Rick has worked at Delta since 1989.
