This project involved the renovation of Newing Hall's Service and Dining areas. Delta's work included removal of existing kitchen equipment and coordination with the Owner on new kitchen equipment layout, design of display cooking and grill areas and design of architectural millwork and detailing for counters, serving areas and interior finishes (carpet, solid support countertops, wall covering, wall and floor tile). Design work also included required mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection services to support "servery", dining equipment and ancillary services.
