Joe serves as the Director of Precast Concrete Services at Delta Engineers, Architects, & Land Surveyors, P.C. As Director, Joe oversees all phases of our Precast projects. Joe has extensive experience in the design, management and construction oversight of precast concrete and bridge replacement and rehabilitation projects including: precast and prestressed concrete structures, conventional steel girder bridges, truss bridges, concrete arch structures and fiber-reinforced polymer (FRP) structures. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology.
