Jim serves as the Vice President of Delta Engineers, Architects, & Land Surveyors, P.C. As Vice President, Jim oversees the transportation department. Jim has over 25 years of experience in the planning, design and construction support of transportation projects within the highway, bridge, and airport disciplines. He has managed, administered and prepared plans, specifications, design reports, and bid documents for state and local highway and bridge projects in New York, Pennsylvania, Vermont, New Hampshire, Maryland, New Jersey, Florida and Delaware. Jim received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Cornell University.
