Levine Laboratory building, located on Hungerford Hill Road, was vacant and found to be a fire hazard. This project involves the demolition of seven structures on approximately 1.2 acres. This project was progressed in several phases, Delta performing the site design services.

The scope of services for this project included providing drawing for the site utility plan, site grading plan, erosion and sediment plans, as well as the building demolition plan as it applied to the site demolition. Utility design included the disconnection of the site utilities and rerouting existing water services to two additional structures on site. A Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan was prepared, along with SPDES permitting. Erosion and sediment control design were provided for the site.
