The Lancaster Central School District Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) for 2007 included work within seven of the District Schools. As a subconsultant, Delta provided electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and construction administration services.

Delta provided design services for the fire alarm system update, replacement of the pool ventilation system and the replacement of the water service line at Lancaster High School. At Lancaster Middle School,the boilers and the fire alarm system in the original building were replaced, as well as the auditorium heating and ventilating system. The third building on the CIP was the John A. Sciole School. This building had the boilers and the hot water heater replaced, as well as the fire alarm system upgraded. Hillview Elementary School, Como Park School, and Court Street School all had their fire alarm system updated, with Court Street also having the hot water heater replaced. The final building on the CIP was the Central Avenue School which Delta replaced the cafeteria heating and ventilation system and upgraded the fire alarm system.

This project required coordination with the school staff, along with the State Education Department.
