Total Quality Management (TQM) has always been of the highest importance with the leadership at Delta. We recognize that, in order to offer our clients a quality product, we need to have standardized processes and reviews throughout the company. This goal of delivering the best quality product drove us to pursue ISO certification.
Delta received ISO 9001:2000 Certification subsequent to an audit by Underwriters Laboratories during 2009. During the pursuit of certification, Delta documented all processes, standards, and procedures and developed a central database as a reference for the staff. Delta received ISO 9001:2008 certification during 2010.
Although this feat was not a simple one, Delta's quality assurance and quality control program has increased the accuracy of the product that we provide. Every team member, from project manager to CADD technician, references the quality management system daily and before anything is finalized, it goes through at least three review stages. As stated by Delta's tagline, we strive to be an extension of our clients' organization and with the quality program in place, we are one step closer to that goal. |
