Total Quality Management (TQM) has always been the highest importance with the leadership at Delta. We recognize that, in order to offer our clients a quality product, we need to have processes and reviews. The goal of delivering a quality product to our clients every time has led us to the start of a huge undertaking that we hope will allow us to deliver the best possible design to our clients.

In July 2007, Delta committed significant resources to start documenting all of the processes within the company. With the designation of Don Adams as our Quality Manager, Delta is well on the path of becoming ISO 9001 certified.

Our goal is to achieve ISO 9001 certification in 2008. We'll keep you updated on our progress!
