Delta realizes that without our dedicated staff, we would be a very different firm. While we work hard, we still take time to enjoy many activities.

Some of our company sponsored events include a company picnic, Christmas party, golf outing, Binghamton Mets baseball game, and the Delta softball team.

Our team spirit is evident with Delta holding the first place title for 6 of the past 7 years at the YMCA Corporate Challenge. Delta has participated in the Corporate Challenge for the past 19 years.

Employees from Delta take pride in giving back to the community. They have donated time performing the design and construction of houses for Habitat for Humanity, as well as donating toys to the Children's Home at Christmas.
