This project involved performing an assessment and design for the reconstruction of walkways and roadways around the Saratoga Quad on the SUNY Cobleskill campus. The assessment proposed installing granite curbing in place of the existing concrete curbing. Additionally, it was recommended that the walkways were brought up to local building code requirements by making them handicap accessible. Recommendations were additionally made for milling and resurfacing the road, along with brick stamped concrete to be utilized in the crosswalks. Decorative traffic / safety bollards were proposed to be used with the lighting scheme.

Delta prepared the design of the walkways, curbing, pavers, and site layout for this project. Full bidding and construction administration support was also provided on this project.
