This project involved the design of a Maintenance Garage and Town Hall office building for the Town of Chenango. The Town Hall is a two story wood frame, wood truss brick veneer building adjoined by the single story Community Hall (approximately 15, 340 square feet). The Highway Garage is a free standing pre-engineered metal building on a concrete foundation (approximately 20,479 square feet). Delta provided Mechanical, Electrical, and Structural Design services as a sub-consultant.

The Scope of Services for this project included the mechanical design of the radiant flooring, heating and cooling systems, sprinkler systems, as well as the specialized plumbing systems for the garage area. Structural work included the foundation, substructure, framing and elevator shaft. Electrical work included power, data, interior lighting, fire alarm, cable TV, as well as site lighting.
