Dave serves as the Chief Financial Officer for Delta Engineers, Architects, & Land Surveyors, P.C. As CFO, Dave oversees financial, IT, and administrative operations for the company. He earned his Masters in Business Administration, as well as his Bachelor of Arts from Binghamton University. Dave has been with Delta since 1986.
