Don serves as the Quality Manager of Delta Engineers, Architects, & Land Surveyors, P.C. As Quality Manager, Don maintains the integrity of the ISO process, verifying that the processes are adhered to. Don founded Delta Engineers in 1976. Don earned his Master of Business Administration from Binghamton University. He also holds Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Civil Engineering from Drexel University.
