This project involved the design and construction administration for seven (7) Emergency 911 communication towers throughout Chenango County. The sites that Delta performed services for include the following: Otselic Communication Tower, Barnes Hill Communication Tower, Cook Park Communication Tower, Coventry Communication Tower, Pharsalia Communication Tower, Sherburne Communication Tower, and Millbrook Communication Tower. Each of the sites, with the exception of Sherburne, required the design and construction inspection of a new 290 square foot communication building housing the electrical service, a new parking area, the tower, foundations, guy wires and fencing. The tower heights ranged from an 80 ft. to 300 ft., two of which were over 200 ft and self supporting. At the Sherburne site, only the electrical shelter was replaced.

Delta's construction administration team was on-site daily to oversee the work, approve materials, design re-alignments and approve unforeseeable work changes. Final testing and commissioning of the facility power and climate systems was also included prior to turn-over to the County.
